It was such a great experience! I love cats and this place provides a wonderful space and environment for all different kinds of kitty personalities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and it wasn’t long enough. Next time I am booking extra time. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I hope to visit again and adopt
My family and I had a great time! There were lots of adorable kitties! All very much grown adult cats but they were nice and played with toys and let you pet them and the snacks were pretty good too, but boy when it's time to go, it's time to go! The lady was not playing it was kinda rude but kinda funny. I get it I be ready to get out when it's time to leave my job too but damn she was like were gonna gone you a 10 and 5 minute warming since there are children but never did and then time hit and it was like we were rushed out. I would still definitely come again.
We visited Mew Heaven Cat Cafe on Sunday, and it was such a delightful experience! Booking our tickets ahead of time online was super easy and convenient. Once we arrived, we enjoyed some delicious coffee and tea while spending time with the adorable cats. The space is cozy, and the staff, especially Angela, the owner, was super friendly and welcoming. She really made our visit even more special. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some time with furry friends. We had a great time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for any cat lover!
I visited the café at maximum capacity (30 cats) and every single one of them was different in build, looks, personality, etc. My session was mostly just listening to music and enjoying the ambience. While socializing the younger cats is important for their adoption prospects, "for some people, small, beautiful moments are what life is all about!"
So fun to hang out with sweet furry critters while absorbing great energy from these sounding instruments! I love sound baths, this added a whole new dimension.
We had so much fun here! We booked a 50 min session and went at the end of the day so some of the kitties were just done being bothered for the day. We went around the time they were feeding though so we got to help feed them dinner and a lot of the cats were ready and waiting. They had all the info about each cat and they were all available for adoption which was great. The staff were very knowledgeable . I’m attaching some photos I took. I think this is a great way to get people in and to adopt. Or to just spend some time with friendly cats. I believe all kitties in my photos are available for adoption. We will be back for sure!!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Yoga with Cats at Mew Haven. It was such a fun time to be able to do something that you love and share it with so many cats, to make it 100% times more enjoyable experience. The yoga instructor made the class enjoyable and fun. The socialization time with the cats after class was amazing. We loved interacting with the kitties. The time we spent at Mew Haven was absolutely wonderful!
Such a lovely place to visit. They had 28 cats and all of them were extremely friendly and most even walked up for pets and attention. Plenty of toys to play with the cats as well. The staff was extremely friendly. The gift shop was very very reasonably priced and had a lot to offer for being a smaller side part of the cage. The coffee was amazing and the cinnamon roll was to die for. I even picked up a tees short because it's a place I wouldn't mind showing I went to.
My Girlfriend and I decided to visit the cafe for her birthday and we had a great time. Most of the cats were sleeping and we didn’t want to disturb them but there were a couple playful ones we had fun with. Deirdre was such a sweet heart. She came right up to us and let us pet her to sleep. Unfortunately Our landlord doesn’t allow pets, but I highly recommend this cafe for anyone who’s looking to find a furry friend. We will 100% be back again.
Amazing and adorable cats! We picked the earliest time slot and had an amazing time - even ended up extending because we had such a great time and experience. The only downside we had, not the Cafés fault, were families that let their rambunctious children loose in the Cafe and were incredibly aggressive with the cats which caused many of them to be agitated or hide away from everyone. Other than that, an amazing time and will definitely be going back when we come back to explore New Haven
